ZiyZayn Services provides advisory support including, but not limited to:

  • Counseling and university selection
  • Documentation assistance
  • Application processing
  • Visa guidance

We act solely as an independent advisor and facilitator, providing guidance and support services.

4. Fees & Payment Policy

ZiyZayn Services operates on a professional advisory fee model.

  • All fees paid are strictly non-refundable once services have commenced, regardless of the stage of service.
  • This includes advisory, documentation, application processing, and visa assistance.
  • By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy, irrespective of admission outcomes, visa decisions, or any external factors beyond our control.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

ZiyZayn Services does not guarantee:

  • Admission to any university
  • Approval of student visas

All outcomes depend on third-party institutions, embassies, and regulatory authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZiyZayn Services shall not be held responsible for:

  • Visa rejections or delays
  • Changes in government regulations or university policies
  • Decisions made by universities, embassies, or other authorities

Our role is limited to advisory and facilitation services.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Meeting deadlines and requirements set by universities and authorities
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Any incorrect or misleading information may affect outcomes, for which we are not liable.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

By using our services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
